Ash silver she cat with sea foam green eyes. Ashstar has short fur and a long tail. She has long legs too with some scar's from many battle's she's been in. Ashstar is tall for a female her age. Ashstar's eyes look like the angry ocean during a storm when she is angry about something. She has a scar on her shoulder that will forever remind her of terrible lose. One of Ashstar's ears where torn during her apprenticeship when her brother dead.

Personality:

Ashstar is a sweet she cat who is very loyal to DarkClan. But she blames herself for her brother's death and her parents deaths as well. Ashstar has never felt so alone at time's before since her brother dead. She loves kits and hopes to have some. Ashstar is a warrior with honor. Ashstar had never hoped to lead her Clan, she respeated the old leader for their decision of making her deputy the day they had. It was still sad that Sunfall dead, but he had gone happily out of old age.

History:

Ashstar was born to two DarkClan warrior's, her mother was Angelwing and her father was Hawktail. She was born in a litter of two. Ashkit has blue eyes and her brother Hawkkit has amber eyes. Ashkit was named after their grandmother Ashfur who dead a moon before they were born and Hawkkit was named after their father Hawktail who also dead with there grandmother. But Ashkit had a happy kit hood with her brother. After many moons in the Nursery they were finally made apprentices. Ashkit named Ashpaw and Hawkkit named Hawkpaw. The both trained hard for many moons before the were to get their warrior names. But one day during a border battle Hawkpaw was corner by two warriors from another clan. Ashpaw was fighting her own battle and then suddenly looks up to see her brother. Ashpaw tried to get to Hawkpaw, but was wounded as she tried. She fell to the ground from her wounds and couldn't move anything but her head. Ashpaw looked up just in time to see her brother move his lips "I don't blame you sister" he sliently said. With tears in her eyes she was forced to watch her brother fall over the cliff. Ashpaw cried out, but was stopped in the middle of it. A warrior from the other clan attacked her and she was forced to fight for her life.

After the fight was over Ashpaw ran over to the cliff side and looked over in hopes of seeing her brother alive. But she saw nothing. Tears fell down her face as she was about to say something. But before she could Ashpaw passed out from blood lose. She would have fell over the cliff to, but another warrior grabbed her in time. That same warrior carried her back to camp and took her to the medicine cats den. The next time Ashpaw awoke was the day after the battle. It took her a couple of moons to heal her wounds. Ashpaw was given her warrior name as soon as she was healed and they named her Ashflower. But she felt sad because her brother was suppose to be getting his name too right now. But he was thought to be dead and yet they didn't think he was. They hadn't found a body, so Ashflower had some hope that her brother was still alive. It took many more moons for her heart to heal though after the gave up looking for him. They just thought him to be dead and that broke the last of Ashflower's hope of having her brother back. Her mother Angelwing tried to comfort her as much as she could. Ashflower kept her mind off the lose of her brother by working hard as a warrior. But then again nothing always gose right in life. During another border fight Ashflower's mother dead in battle and it was like losing her brother all over again.

It had been many moons after her brother that Angelwing was killed and it broke Ashflower's heart once again. Her whole family was gone now and Ashflower felt all alone. But it happen that on that same day that the Clan deputy had dead too. Ashflower's leader Pinestar called a clan meeting and said that a new deputy had to be named. That he picked Ashflower as his new deputy. Pinestar was old and yet Ashflower cared for him deeply. Ashflower accpted the position of deputy and respeated pinestar's decision. She worked hard at being the deputy and stayed loyal to her clan.

Ashflower ended up falling in love with Pinestar during the frist moon of her position of Deputy. She fell so in love with him that they had almost had kits. All but two of those kits dead from a kit cough. She named them Angelkit after her mother and the tom Pinekit after his father. She loved her little she kit with all her heart and so did pinestar. But just before Angelkit was old enough to be made an apprentice pinestar dead of old age. Ashflower and Angelkit were both heart sick from his death. But Ashflower had no time to be heart sick. The next day she was made leader of her clan, made leader of DarkClan.

After being named Ashstar, she went back to making sure Angelkit was doing ok with the other queen. Ashstar was lucky that Angelkit and Pinekit didn't need her milk any more. Angelkit, Pinekit and Ashstar had a bond that was stronger then most. They loved each other even now like a queen and kits should. Ashstar still hoped that one day her brother would come back in to her life. But all of Ashstar's hope of seeing her brother again was gone. All of Ashstar's attiention was on her kits and DarkClan now.
